I bought beef rib, and cooked it at home with mushrooms and green beans. As always, I put it in a hot pan with salted butter during 3 or 4 minutes (each side), and then in a hoven for 8-9 minutes. Before cutting and serving, I let it rest for a couple of minutes, covered by a bell (or something else, whatever...) for the meat to stay as juicy as it can...
