A real discovery, at the Talensac farmers' market in Nantes, France !
As a true cheese lover, I have been really surprised by the quality and number of cheeses Olivier and the team hhave to offer. Very respectful of a small production chain, with no additive or pasteurized milk, the Reblechon fermier, truffled Brillat Savarin, 36-months refined Comté, Pont d'Yeu and others are smelly and exquisite... without mentioning that the team is very friendly and helpful. A must-see at Talensac, Nantes.
Fine butter (very recommended) is also available at the shop
