Frederic Gilbert is a French foodie who, from his early stage of life, had the chance to be in touch with fine products. He traveled extensively over the world to satisfy his curiosity for foreign products, exotic street food or nice restaurants. He met and interviewed several chefs and producers, from India, France, Japan or Peru, to name a few.
